What we collect

• About you: your name, email, business name, trade, logo and ABN.
• About your customers: names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, job notes and photos that you choose to enter.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical info: basic logs such as browser type and error reports, used to keep the app working.

Why we use it

Only to run TRUAZ for you: showing your jobs, sending account emails like password resets, sending reminder texts you turn on, billing, and support. We don't sell your information or your customers' information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Your customers' details

When you add a customer, you're responsible for collecting their details fairly. TRUAZ stores them on your behalf, and only people in your business can see them.

Who we share it with

Trusted providers that help run the service: secure cloud hosting and database storage, Stripe for payments, an email delivery service for account emails, and Twilio if you turn on reminder texts. Some may store data outside Australia. They're required to protect it. We'll also share information if the law requires it.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit, and each business's information is walled off so other accounts can't see it.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll remove your business data, except anything we must keep by law, such as billing records.

Your rights

You can see and fix most of your information in the app. You can also ask us for a copy of it, or ask us to correct or delete it. If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
