Terms of Service

1. The basics

TRUAZ is online software that helps trade businesses track leads, quotes, jobs and payments. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use TRUAZ for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

2. Free trial and price

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial with every feature. No card is needed to start.
• After the trial, TRUAZ costs $69 AUD a month, billed monthly in advance by our payment provider, Stripe.
• If you don't subscribe when the trial ends, your account is paused. Your data is kept so you can pick up where you left off.
• Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't give refunds for part months, except where Australian Consumer Law says we must.
• We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change.

3. Your account

Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including team members you invite. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.

4. Your data

The jobs, customers, photos and numbers you put in TRUAZ belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can run the service for you. You must have your customers' OK to store their details, and use them only for your business. See our Privacy Policy for more.

5. Fair use

Don't use TRUAZ for anything illegal, to send spam, or to try to break, copy or resell the software. We can suspend accounts that do.

6. Text messages

Customer texts open your own phone's messaging app and are sent from your number. Optional reminder texts to you are sent through your own Twilio account, and Twilio charges you directly.

7. Estimates and reports

Quick estimates and reports are worked out from the prices and numbers you enter. Check them before you send a quote or lodge anything with the ATO. TRUAZ isn't tax or financial advice.

8. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep TRUAZ running, but we can't promise it will never go down. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using TRUAZ at any time. Ask us and we'll delete your business data. We may close accounts that break these terms, and we'll give notice where we reasonably can.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. We may update them; if a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app or by email.
